In addition to the Yoga 3 Pro 2-in-one, Lenovo has also launched the TAB 2 A7-30 Android tablet in India. The slate is offered in Wi-Fi only and 3G with voice-calling variants for Rs 8,500 and Rs 11,800 respectively. Both models will go on sale in the country by the end of February.

Coming to the specs, the Lenovo TAB 2 A7-30 features a 7-inch IPS display bearing a resolution of 1,024 x 600 pixels. The tablet is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of internal memory, which can be further increased by up to 32GB via a microSD card. The slate offers a 2MP primary camera and a 0.3MP secondary shooter. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and will receive an update to Android Lollipop in the near future. Connectivity features include 2G/3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. It sips power juice from a 3,450mAh battery. The tablet houses Dolby sound technology-powered speakers for better audio.

The brand recently launched the Lenovo TAB 2 A7-10 slate in India, which was originally unveiled alongside the TAB 2 A7-30 at CES 2015. Priced at Rs 4,999, the TAB 2 A7-10 is an affordable 7-inch Wi-Fi only slate.
